Subscription Information
Receive a new edition of the Lettres des Chapelles in your mailbox every month.

Your subscription is automatically renewed, with payment taken on the 1st of each month.
⚜️ Shipped on the 5th of each month
Sign-ups are open until the last day of the month preceding shipping. Your mail is then prepared and shipped around the 5th of the following month.
⚜️ Estimated delivery times
Our mail is shipped from France by La Poste, with the exception of shipments destined for Belgium, which are handled by bpost.
From the date of shipment, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland France: approximately 3 business days.
- Belgium: approximately 2 to 5 business days.
- Other European Union countries: approximately 4 to 7 business days.
- Rest of the world: from 7 days to several weeks depending on the destination.
These times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services, public holidays, and any customs formalities.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account. To avoid the next payment, cancellation must be completed before its due date.

You can change your delivery address from your customer account. For the upcoming edition, please remember to make any changes before the 1st of the shipping month.

We offer delivery in France, Belgium, and internationally, to the countries available when you place your order.
And here's the good news: shipping costs are included in your subscription, no matter where you are!
When am I charged?
Your first payment of €14.90 is made when you sign up.
After that, your subscription is automatically renewed on the 1st of each month, for the issue shipped around the 5th of the same month.
You can view and manage your subscription at any time from your customer account.
Can I gift this subscription to someone?
Of course! You can have the letters delivered directly to the person of your choice by entering their address when placing your order.
It's a lovely gift for those passionate about history, heritage, and Christian traditions. However, the subscription and its billing remain associated with your account.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, your subscription is commitment-free. You can cancel it at any time through your customer account, entirely on your own.
Simply do so before your next payment to prevent it from renewing. Any issues already paid for remain due and will be shipped according to the planned schedule.
Does my subscription contribute to the restoration of the chapels?
Yes! By joining Les Lettres des Chapelles, you are also supporting the Une Chapelle à la Foi project.
A portion of the revenue generated contributes to funding our activities to promote and preserve religious heritage.
